Presbyterian Women have for many years gathered monthly to study the Bible together. This is a great time for women of all ages to gather for fellowship and sharing faith stories.
We continue our study of Cloud of Witnesses, The Community of Christ in Hebrews by Melissa Bane Sevier, in which the author invites us to explore major themes found in Hebrews, relate these themes to other parts of our faith tradition, and tie them together with the overarching motif of community.
Two circles meet on the second Tuesday of each month, the Morning Circle at 10:30 a.m., and the Evening Circle at 7:30 p.m. Both circles meet at the Manse, Margaret and John Boles’ home. We welcome returning and first-time participants in this special opportunity to study our faith.
**April Circle Groups will meet on Tuesday, April 17, not April 10.**
We will focus on our theme of Pilgrimage, spending the day spiritually and literally making a journey. After breakfast at the home of Cindy and Al Sauln, we will go to Gamble Gardens in Palo Alto for study and activities, including afternoon tea. We will end at Covenant, enjoying a fajitas dinner and worshiping together as the sun goes down.
There’s still time to sign up on the list in Fellowship Hall. Join us for a day of sharing ideas and good food from a new perspective.
