Covenant Welcomes Pastor Paula Kelso

We're pleased to welcome The Rev. Paula Kelso to her ministry at Covenant, which began, July 1, 2007. Rev. Kelso was designated our "Stated Supply Pastor" until we formed a Pastor Nominating Committee. At that time, she became our Interim Pastor while we go through the process of seeking a new permanent Pastor.

Pastor Kelso comes to us most recently from her year and a half as Interim Associate Pastor at Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church. She is not a stranger to us, however. She recently helped lead the Officers' Retreat for Deacons and Elders, and has known of Covenant since her husband, Rev. John Kelso, was our Interim Pastor before we called Pastor Isaiah.

Pastor Nominating Committee

Covenant Presbyterian Church is seeking a gifted SOLO PASTOR to lead our congregation on our journey together as Christians. Excellent preaching, proven experience in moderating committees, and strong pastoral care gifts are required. Our Pastor will nurture the spiritual growth of the congregation and work with the Session in developing the church’s vision for the future.

Located in Silicon Valley, our 160-member multigenerational congregation has been a part of the local community since 1951. We delight in food, fellowship, and joyful worship services that bring us closer to Christ.
